We offer the opportunity to gain your first experiences of your career in the Employer Branding field in an American multi-national company.

The position is remote in a great proportion of your working hours.

You will help build and manage employer branding content and meaningful candidate experiences that drive our business forward, and significantly raising our brand profile. You must have passion for copy-writing and for design and can develop creative materials (in English).

You will be working remotely from your home with occasional face-to-face meetings, co-operating closely with Recruitment and HR functions.

Alphanumeric has offices in the United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom, Spain, Poland and Portugal (Lisbon).

• Creatively develop and design compelling people-oriented materials and candidate experiences (videos, pictures, info graphs, texts, and other formats.)
• Collect trends analysis to strategically guide and continuously optimize employer branding efforts.
• Have strong familiarity with design best practices and tools, effective presentations, marketing strategy.

• Ongoing Marketing or Graphic Design studies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Very good design skills (mandatory)
• Enjoying highly creative tasks
