Expert in cytometry to lead the Flow Cytometry Unit (UCF), a core facility that provides basic and advanced flow cytometry services to iMM and external researchers. As Manager of the Flow Cytometry Unit, you will lead a team of flow cytometry technicians and will be expected to provide a cell sorting service, train and support users on the analyzers, advise on experimental design, protocol optimization and data analysis as well as perform QC procedures that include maintenance and troubleshooting. The Flow Cytometry Unit at iMM is currently equipped with two cell sorters (BD FACSAria III, BD FACSAria IIu), four flow cytometry analyzers (two BD LSRFortessa, BD LSRFortessa X-20, BD Accuri C6) and one imaging flow cytometer (Amnis ImageStreamX), but the facility is expanding and the Manger of Unit is expected to collaborate in the decision process. In addition to leading the Unit, the post holder will have the opportunity to engage in collaborations that may result in co-authoring with other labs. Candidaturas até 30 de abril de  2020.
