- Handling incoming calls and other communications, provide basic company
- information; oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers.
- Greeting supplies and visitors as needed.
- Performing receptionist duties.
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Maintaining supply inventory.
- Maintaining office equipment as needed.
- Supporting in Office projects such as Company Events.
