We want Infraspeakers to be happy and successful at Infraspeak while trusting each other and positively challenging themselves and the community as professionals and as human beings.

What will you do?

Our five pillars of focus are People Attraction, Communications, Growth & Retention, Operations, and Culture Ignition.

We’ll double the global team in the next 18 months, by hiring the right talented Infraspeakers to each functional area, always being one step ahead, in using cutting-edge technology to reachhiremotivate and enable the right and the best talent for each team.

We’ll also be building a leading Employer Brand, by effectively producing out-of-this-world content that inspires people internally and externally, and shows what it’s like to work at Infraspeak; this includes actively stimulating our existing communities, and creating further digital and face-to-face space to promote our talent, mission, and project.

As a People & Culture Intern, you’ll be our versatile support across the whole people and culture management journey. We’re a very very tight and close team, so you’ll be joining us in projects related to areas like People Attraction, Culture, Growth & Retention and Communications.

What do you need?

  • Be eligible for an IEFP Professional Internship
  • Have prior studies in psychology, management, or human resource-related knowledge areas (will be valued)
  • Be an excellent communicator
  • Organized, and focused
  • Speak English and be a team player
  • To be able to present ideas and suggestions for improvement, whether related to technology or internal team processes
  • Keep learning: learn new things and don’t be afraid of trying something new
  • Good sense of humor (Bonus points 😅)
  • Be a source of good life to everyone around you 💙
